I started dancing as a young man with Junior and Senior High School dances.
I mostly learned from friends until around 1989. I wanted to learn the how, why,
when, and timing of organized dance. I started learning Whip which later
transferred into West Coast Swing around 1997 and my first competition was in
the Spring of 2000. I started instructing around 2004, and continued learning
and teaching many dance styles. I have competed in many West Coast Swing
competitions all over the United States and have even accumulated some World
Swing Dance Council Points.
