I discovered “Whip” (West Coast Swing) with my wife, Judy. Previously, we were
country dancers. I joined BAWDC in ’94 and served as club President from 1997
to 2014. I have taught levels 1 and 2 throughout, and currently teach Level I.
Judy and I were both inducted into the Bopper’s Hall of Fame and Living Legends
of Dance. Also, we were Newcomer Novice, Houston City and Texas State Champions.
